How do I cancel a Course order on hoon.co.in?
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In case a candidate wants to cancel any course booked, the same need to be requested through a written application with a valid reason (substantiated with proof) to the management. Kindly note that the approving the cancellation is at the sole discretion of the management. Institute is entitled to cancel the course at any juncture due to internal technical reasons or due to insufficient strength of the course (25% Minimum as per DGS Tr. Circular No. 4 of 2018), this would automatically get transfered to the next date, however if a candidate cancels the course due to this, 10% of Course fee will be deducted as Processing Fee. No refund in case of Package course bookings.
You may do so preferably in person, alternatively my Emailing TO THE PRINCIPAL : ON THE BOOKED CAMPUS EMAIL ID PROVIDED IN WEBSITE'S CONTACT SECTION & Label subject as "Cancelletion Request: Course Name : date".

Note: The DGS Exit Exam FEE & Certificate fee per course collected by us and submitted to DGS on your behalf, is NON Refundable under any circumstances once paid.
NOTE: Sending Emails to Wrong Campus Email ID or any other ID except of the one respective to the Campus that course was booked, will not be entertained and shall be discarded. Please carefully mail on the correct Campus Email IDs.
